Community Facility Pass
We are excited to announce that residents of the Wyomissing Area School District may now request a Community Facility Pass for $10. The Community Facility Pass will grant approved district residents access to the track at Flannery Field and the West Reading Playground. The hours of use will change by the season and will be posted at each facility.
Community residents that are interested in purchasing a Facility Pass will need to complete the following procedure:
- Complete an online or paper application.
- When your Community Facility Pass has been programmed you will receive an email communication from our Facilities Department to pick it up at the District Office at 630 Evans Avenue, Wyomissing, PA 19610 (Door 29). Please allow three days for processing.
- When you arrive at the District Office you will need to provide a valid Pennsylvania Commonwealth Drivers license (or Pennsylvania Commonwealth ID card) with your current address within the boundaries of the Wyomissing Area School District.

Community Members must be a resident of the Wyomissing Area School District and 18 years of age or older.
In exchange for use of the facilities, services and features provided by the Wyomissing Area School District, Community Members agree to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed for use of the facilities, equipment and services provided by WASD. WASD reserves the right to revoke privileges if the Community Members fail to keep and obey facility rules and regulations. Use of the facilities is limited to Community Members who live within the Wyomissing Area School District.
Community Members will understand that the use of Wyomissing Area School District facilities are for use by its residents and student-athletes. Community Members will use the facility for the purpose of the playground area or running on the track.
The issued card is the property of the Wyomissing Area School District. Community Members are responsible for guests who accompany them when using the facility.
Any misuse of the card or the facility may result in privileges being revoked and charges for any necessary repair or replacement

School Year Weekdays: 4 pm to Sunset
School Year Weekends: Sunrise to Sunset
Summer Hours (after the last day of school): Sunrise to Sunset
*No public access to playground if in use by school activities, maintenance or reserved
Flannery Field Track (Only)

Facility Rules and Regulations

Flannery Field - use of fields is never permitted

Students are not permitted in the playground or Flannery Field without a parent or guardian present

Flannery Field - only sneakers and track spikes (3/16” or less) may be utilized on the track. Metal cleats and high heeled shoes are prohibited

No skateboard, scooters, roller blades, roller skates, bicycles, strollers or motorized vehicles are allowed

No tobacco, tobacco products or vapes are allowed on school property

Open flames, fireworks, Chinese lanterns, and golfing are prohibited on school property

No Dogs

In consideration of being allowed to use the facility, Community Members will be required to agree to a release of liability as provided on both the online and paper request forms.
